Your time and talents are treasures to Catholic Charities' programs!

Catholic Charities Spokane relies on more than 6,200 volunteers each year who give of their hearts and hands to provide help and create hope for over 77,000 people served by our 13 programs in 50 Eastern Washington locations.  There are over 60 different volunteer opportunities available.  All Catholic Charities Spokane volunteers must complete our electronic application and pass a background check before placement.

We also need a photocopy of a picture ID (scan, photocopy, or take a picture with your smart phone and email to bkrause@ccspokane.org).

Please click on the Programs tab at the top of the page to learn about each of our programs.  There is also a Volunteer Needs by Program List under the Volunteer tab to assist you.  Once you have decided on your program of choice, click on the Volunteer Application tab on the left to apply.

Student and Underage Volunteers

At Catholic Charities, we also welcome student and underage volunteers. Our Underage Policy states that if volunteers are 16 or 17 years old they are required to turn in a signed parent permission form. Please click on the link at the end of this paragraph to access the parent permission form. Volunteers 15 years and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who has submitted a volunteer application. Parental Permission Form

Please note:
Fees, up to $80.50, apply to anyone who wishes to volunteer at St. Anne's.  These fees are newly mandated by governmental regulations which have been placed on all day care centers in Washington.

Volunteer applications can take up to a week to be processed after they are submitted. You will then be contacted by the program of your choice. We apologize any inconvenience.
